Kurt the hedgehog

Hedgehogs can swim!!. .

Normally, Kurt just shuffles around in his territory, including our garden.

But one night (27th of june 2011) he possibly tried to drink from the pool and ended up being trapped in the water.
He must have been swimming for hours until Mattias rescued him. The poor guy was totally exhausted and could hardly move.



This is how Kurt was transported to a sunny spot in the garden, where he could recover while Sophie was locked inside the house because she was too curious:
