A real world case.

This is Zurq (fast thing, but super quiet !!).
The X1650 graphics card has passive cooling, but since it is a second hand card with a chip made in a somewhat older process, it develops a lot of heat.

The passive cooler works ok, because of the cabinet blowers. But the north-chipset is getting most of the heat and shuts down from time to time.

So I made a carton duct to direct the airflow from the rear cabinet blower through the graphics cooler,
sucking the heat from the north-chipset out at the same time.

The shape guarantees an unhindered airflow for the blowers of the CPU and Powersupply.
Result: All operational temperatures (CPU, Mobo, Graphics) are unchanged, but the North-chipset stays cool..

And Zurq is still Super Quiet !!
